A First-Timer's Guide to Umrah

Performing Umrah for the first time is a deeply meaningful experience. With the right preparation and a licensed agency by your side, you can focus fully on your ibadah. Here is what every first-timer should know.

Before You Go

Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months, complete your meningitis vaccination, and prepare passport-size photographs. Our team processes your Umrah visa and travel insurance as part of the package, so you only need to hand over the required documents.

Learn the Rites of Umrah

Umrah consists of ihram, tawaf, sa’i and tahallul. Attend the pre-departure workshop our mutawif conducts so you feel confident performing each step. During the journey, our experienced, Malay-speaking guides accompany your group at every stage.

At the Haram

Stay hydrated, keep your group’s meeting points in mind, and carry a small bag for your sandals during tawaf. Our hotels are chosen to be within comfortable reach of Masjidil Haram, so you can return to rest between prayers.
